I hope this blog will encourage Univer evangelists to share some cooking tips, some news about yourselves and your families, and your favorite recipes, or whatever might be on your mind (please no politics or religion - lol).

I am new to the world of blogging, so if you have suggestions I'd appreciate your feedback and comments.

I'm Judi of Judi's Univer Store, and yes, I really exist.  I have a blended family that includes hubby Bill (a vital contributer to my site and Univer Foods USA, our corporate site).  Between us we have four kids, one beautiful grandson coming soon from Serbia (more about that another time).   We love cooking with Univer and are constantly trying new flavor combinations, and our customers always surprise us with recipes and tips we didn't think about.  My next challenge is savory breads and biscuits, and I'd love it if you would get creative with me.
